PMI Governance

The PMI Governance document is currently under revision and will be re-published at the end of May. It will bring together all of the key documents that govern how PMI is managed on behalf of its members. The key documents that will be included are:

  • Articles of Association
  • Code of Professional Conduct
  • Membership Regulations
  • Disciplinary Regulations
  • CPD Scheme Regulations
  • Statement of Equal Opportunities
  • PMI AAP Regulations

In the meantime, at the Special General Meeting held at 4pm on Tuesday 26 April 2016 at Willis Towers Watson, Mid City Place, 71 High Holborn, London WCIV 6TP, the resolution to amend the PMI Articles of Association was passed unanimously. The new Articles can be found here.
