Qualifications Support Administrator

We are seeking a new staff member who provides extremely reliable, effective and efficient support in many different PMI qualifications and professional standards areas, which are regularly expanded and adjusted and so constantly developing. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent service skills with high attention to detail and adherence to specific processes, standards, deadlines and targets with high quality delivery. This will include experience of addressing ongoing new and revised processes and any improvements needed.

The PMI is the UK’s leading professional body for those working in the field of retirement savings and employee benefits. It supports and develops the experts who are responsible for running the UK’s pensions industry and is very well rated as the body for establishing, maintaining and improving professional standards in every area of pension scheme administration, management, consultancy and trusteeship.

Please note that this is an entry level position and whilst very similar previous experience in a specific sector is not needed, your personal skills, abilities and work approaches matching the needs of this role are the key areas required. When you provide good examples of skills and experiences at this level you will have a strong opportunity to acquire this role! The initial salary level will be £22,000 p.a.
