Units

Details of the units in this qualificaton can be found in the qualification specification.  They comprise a mix of work-based and examined units.

pre 2017 version

Prior to the current 2017 version onwards version, the qualification required the comletion of 10 units from 26 options.  All of the M units must be completed and at least one out of the three M/O units has to be completed. Only one unit from Customer Service Group is allowed if you are selecting this group.
