Henry Corrigan, senior associate, advises trustee and employer clients on all aspects of pensions law and practice. Henry helps clients comply with their legal obligations in relation their pensions arrangements both in a day to day advisory capacity and on significant projects.

Henry is particularly experienced in advising trustees of defined benefit occupation pension schemes. He helps trustee clients with scheme amendments (including consolidations), member complaints, compliance with legal developments, scheme mergers and liability management exercises (including bulk annuity transactions). For employer clients, Henry is experienced in advising on automatic enrolment compliance, scheme funding and pensions aspects of corporate transactions. He also has experience of advising clients on the Pensions Protection Fund and completed a secondment there whilst at his previous firm.

Before joining Mayer Brown in 2022, Henry worked in the pensions team of another international law firm.

Associate

Gareth Davies, senior associate, acts for trustees, employers, and financial institutions on all aspects on pensions law. He has strong experience in pension risk transfer, acting for FTSE100 employers, multinationals, and scheme trustees on some of the largest insurance buy-ins in recent years.

Clients turn to Gareth for advice on scheme governance, regulatory change, restructurings, amendments, funding, surplus, and bulk transfers to master trusts. He also has broad transactional experience, advising corporates and private capital providers on the employer covenant aspects of M&A, financings, and other corporate activity.

Before joining Mayer Brown in January 2026, Gareth worked for a “magic circle” law firm in London.

Senior Portfolio Manager, Buy and Maintain Credit

Robert Price is a Senior Portfolio Manager in our London Buy and Maintain Credit team, and focuses on the design, implementation and ongoing management of long-term credit and cashflow solutions, with responsibility for managing credit portfolios on behalf of some of the largest pension schemes in the UK.
Rob has over 10 years’ experience working with UK Pension schemes on their investment strategies, in both asset management and as an investment consultant.
Rob joined AXA IM (now BNP Paribas Asset Management)  in 2013 as a Solutions Manager, working closely with pension schemes and their advisors to design derivative-led investment strategies such as hedging and overlay solutions, before moving to the Buy and Maintain Credit team following the development and growth in Cashflow Driven Investment (CDI) strategies.
Prior to AXA IM, Rob worked at KPMG Investment Advisory as an Investment Consultant, advising trustees and sponsors of UK defined benefits pension plans on investment strategy, with a focus on asset liability modelling and liability driven investing.
Rob holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified actuary.

Bruno is responsible for co-leading our fixed income investment specialist team, overseeing specialists across a broad range of offerings, including buy and maintain, high-yield, emerging market debt, short-duration and total return strategies. He also designs fixed income mandates for institutional clients and integrating responsible investment considerations into client portfolios. 

Bruno has nearly two decades’ experience in financial services, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BSc in industrial economics from the University of Warwick.

Executive Director of Market Oversight

Ben is the Executive Director of Market Oversight at the Pensions Regulator (TPR). Market Oversight (MO) are responsible for the overall supervision of occupational pension schemes including DB, DC and Master Trust. MO authorise, and supervise, Superfunds and CDC schemes and ensure Employer compliance with Auto-Enrolment. MO are also responsible for oversight of scheme governance, including trustees. In addition to his role as Executive Director of MO, he also sits on the Executive Committee & Board of TPR and is the executive sponsor of several key initiatives including Pensions Dashboard and Value for Money Framework. 
 Prior to joining TPR Ben had over 25 years' experience within the pensions and institutional asset management industry, and has held senior leadership positions at Mercer, Cambridge Associates and Gresham House. Ben has a wide range of knowledge across pensions, investment consulting, fiduciary management and asset management, including private markets. Ben is a qualified Actuary.

Steve is Head of Superfund at TPT. Steve has two decades of experience in pensions with roles as an actuary, covenant advisor, M&A specialist, and risk-transfer consultant. He also holds a role as a pension scheme trustee. Steve joined TPT from KPMG where he played a key role re-establishing the UK pensions advisory practice.

Trustee Director

Tim is a seasoned professional with 35 years’ experience and a comprehensive background in pensions and investment. He advised some of the largest UK pension schemes and financial institutions; and led Aon’s investment business in the UK and EMEA for many years. He is now a Trustee Director at Independent Governance Group. He serves as a trustee on a portfolio of schemes with assets ranging from hundreds of millions to billions. He has a track record of delivering successful and collaborative outcomes even when faced with complex structures, divergent views and difficult situations. His broad experience and expertise bring others into the conversation and challenges narrow thinking.
