The pensions industry is changing, shaped by evolving regulation, new market developments, increasing member expectations and growing operational complexity. In this environment, good governance is essential.
Strong governance frameworks help schemes manage risk, make informed decisions and respond effectively to change, supporting better outcomes for members.
This webinar will explore what good governance looks like in practice and how schemes of all sizes can assess and strengthen their existing arrangements. Through practical examples and case studies, you will gain insight into governance reviews, operational effectiveness, trustee board performance and ESOG or ORA preparation.
