Taylor is Regulatory Theme Lead for Administration, Dashboards, and Cyber at The Pensions Regulator (TPR). In this role, Taylor leads regulatory strategy to strengthen scheme administration, improve data quality, and embed cyber resilience across the UK pensions landscape. 
With a background in public service pensions consultancy and third-party administration, Taylor has previously driven major workstreams on dashboard readiness, data governance, and administration transition. Drawing on experience with schemes, technology providers, and government, Taylor champions industry best practice and is committed to delivering better outcomes for savers through strong governance and resilient systems.

Chris has more than 25 years' experience spanning operational delivery, team management, project delivery, onboarding and strategic service design within pension administration. In his role, he is responsible for the delivery of services to clients, working closely with sponsors, trustee boards and administration teams. Drawing on his extensive experience of operational change, he focuses on how technology can improve efficiency, strengthen communications and enhance member engagement.

Matt is a Product Manager in Equisoft's UK software products division with over a decade of financial services experience across investments, wealth, pensions and banking. He has played a leading role in shaping industry market practice, authoring the UK ISO transfer standards for five years and co-chairing both the UKFMPG and ViaNova working groups.

She has an extensive background in the finance sector, having previously been Group Chief Operating Officer at NatWest. Rob McCargow is PwC UK’s Technology Impact Leader and one of the UK’s most recognised voices on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. He works with boards, executive teams, policymakers, industry bodies, and academia to help organisations understand the strategic implications of AI, separate signal from hype, and turn emerging technology into practical business value.

Rob was recently announced as AI Champion of the Year at the National AI Awards 2026, with the award presented by the UK Minister for AI, Kanishka Narayan MP. The award recognised his contribution to shaping the national conversation on AI over the past decade, his leadership in helping organisations adopt AI responsibly, and his work to build confidence and capability across business and society.

At PwC, Rob plays a leading role in helping clients understand how AI is reshaping business models, workforces, customer experience, risk, governance and growth. He has been closely involved in the firm's AI agenda, including the upskilling of more than 23,000 PwC people, the activation of senior leaders and partners around AI, and the development of market-facing insight on how organisations can move from experimentation to scaled value.

Rob is a regular keynote and TEDx speaker, panel chair and industry commentator on AI and emerging technology. He has spoken to board, C-suite and senior leadership audiences across multiple sectors in over 40 countries. His style is accessible, provocative and practical: combining current market evidence, real-world examples and strategic challenge without unnecessary jargon or hype.

He is a Senior Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School and was a founding board member of the UK’s All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI.
