Susan Phillips FPMI
Head of Projects & Change and Business Development
Susan Phillips is a Fellow of the PMI with more than three decades of pensions experience.
Having started her career in in-house pension administration in the late 1980s, she has held a variety of pensions management roles covering UK, non-UK and offshore pension arrangements. She joined Go Pensions in 2002 and is now Head of Projects & Change and Business Development.
Susan also leads Go Pensions' relationships with outsourced TPA providers, bringing extensive expertise in governance, quality assurance and project delivery.

Tina Oversby Dip.IEB APMI
Tina Oversby has more than 25 years' experience in the pensions and benefits industry and is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute. She also holds the Diploma from the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA).
Having held roles covering pensions, benefits and compensation across Europe, Australia and Asia, she brings extensive experience of reward transformation and change management.
Tina leads Go Pensions' work in the Master Trust and consolidation market. Through close engagement with providers and detailed analysis of their propositions, she has developed deep insight into the evolving commercial Master Trust landscape. She has a strong track record of delivering large-scale change programmes and driving operational efficiencies.

Chris Stanley APMI
Chris Stanley is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and has worked in the pensions industry since 1981. He is the Managing Director and founder of Go Pensions, which he established in 1997.
With extensive experience in pensions management, Chris has developed deep expertise across all types of employee pension arrangements.
Throughout his career, Chris has maintained a strong focus on the effective use of technology, systems and processes to enhance pension scheme administration, improve efficiency and deliver positive member outcomes.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD), refers to the ongoing learning and development activities that our professional members engage in to enhance their skills and knowledge throughout their careers. Yes. We help members track and manage their CPD to stay current and compliant. Depending on your membership type, you will be expected
How many CPD points can I claim per event?
You can claim up to 7 CPD hours for all full day PMI conferences.

How much does it cost to attend PMI events?
For PMI members, events are free. For non-members there will be a cost associated with attendance.

Yes! PMI offers Bespoke Training, tailoring sessions to your specific needs, goals, and preferred delivery format provides bespoke in-house training and bulk bookings.
