About  Engaging Members in a Changing Pensions Landscape
This roundtable will explore how pension schemes and providers are adapting their approach to member engagement in this changing environment. How can organisations maintain trust and meaningful relationships with members while navigating new technology, Consumer Duty, consolidation and evolving expectations around retirement?
Bringing together senior professionals with responsibility for different stages of the member journey, the discussion will provide an opportunity to benchmark approaches, share practical experiences and learn from peers facing similar challenges.
