Requirements

Fellow membership is open to those who have completed any of the 5 pathways or the full ADRP and have been an Associate member for a minimum of 5 years. Additionally, you must demonstrate five years of continuous CPD recorded with the PMI, along with notable contributions and achievements within the pensions industry.
Fellows of the PMI are required to undertake 25 hours of annual continuing professional development (CPD), read this article to learn more about how to acquire CPD hours.
