From the 16 October 2025, individual customers buying PMI products for themselves will be able to pay by credit card only. This change does not affect company administrators making multiple purchases on behalf of their staff.

Shaping Pensions on the Day of Reform
On the very day the Pension Schemes Bill is Introduced into Parliament, the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) will convene the industry’s most influential voices for its most compelling Annual Conference to date.
The PMI continues to actively engage with key policymakers on behalf of our members, including the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), The Pensions Regulator (TPR), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Shadow Work and Pensions team. With a period of significant pensions reform ahead, we’ve summarised recent activity and what to expect in the coming months.
