Beth works closely with trustees, sponsors, and advisers to navigate complex post-transaction activity, helping to ensure scheme wind ups are delivered smoothly, efficiently and with members’ interests firmly at the forefront. Beth leads a team of specialists that provide independent oversight and strategic support for schemes moving to buy-out and wind-up. Beth also provides Scheme Actuary advice to Trustees, helping them develop long-term funding strategies that meet their objectives.

Chris is Head of DB Endgame Consulting. He is responsible for helping our clients with their long-term journey to buy-out and wind-up, both from a financial and practical perspective. He is also the consultant leading the development of our Illuminate system and focusses on ensuring it helps our clients make good long-term strategic decisions.

Nicole’s background is primarily in advising trustees of DB pension schemes on funding strategy, benefit design, risk management, and a wide range of governance and operational matters. She now specialises as a post transaction expert, supporting trustees through the final stages of the buy out and wind up process. A key part of her role involves detailed research into insurers’ administration practices. Nicole engages regularly with insurers to understand their systems, member experience, and future strategy, using these insights to advise trustees on insurer selection and ensure the best possible outcome for members.
