PMI Covid-19 event measures

Safety measures

While most government mandated safety measures have been lifted, the safety of our guests and staff is still our priority. Our covid measures have been developed to provide guests and staff with peace of mind while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What will we do?

  • Ensure our venues are well ventilated
  • Ensure venues have sanitising stations
  • Work with venues to ensure enhanced cleaning
  • Work with venues to provide the safest catering options
  • Encourage social distancing where possible

What can you do?

  • We encourage guests who are not double vaccinated or who do not have natural immunity to take a lateral flow test in the 24 hours prior to the event
  • On booking, we will ask you for your contact details, in the event guests need to be contacted about a potential exposure to Covid
  • Wear a face mask if you wish to do so and where appropriate
  • Please do not attend if you have tested positive for Covid-19 or/and have been in contact with someone who has recently tested Positive for Covid 19 or/and who is experiencing Covid 19 symptoms themselves or/and feeling unwell. To view the main Covid 19 Symptoms click here
  • We ask attendees to take personal responsibility for helping us to make our events a safe experience for all attendants
  • Our staff will also follow the above guidance
