Daniel is a Director in the Forensic Services team and manages the delivery of cyber security and counter fraud related projects. The global nature of cybercrime has led to Daniel heading up Crowe’s cyber security engagements overseas, working with a wide variety of clients across the public, private and charity sectors. A primary focus of Daniel’s work relates to third party supplier reviews, vulnerability management, ransomware readiness assessments, mock phishing and projects relating to the Dark Web. He is a frequent speaker at a number of industry-leading events across the social housing and pension sectors.

Tim is a Partner in the National Forensic Services team and specialise in helping organisations to ensure that they are properly protected against the latest manifestations of cybercrime and fraud.

In addition to helping clients to understand how resilient they are to cybercrime and fraud, I also help them to build resilience where weaknesses are identified and support them to manage their response.

In the event of a cyber incident or fraud, I carry out in-depth expert fraud investigations (to the criminal or civil litigation standard) to uncover the truth, prevent further loss and recover what has been taken, wherever possible.

Lorna is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s global data privacy and cyber security practice.  She’s an expert in advising master trusts, occupational pension schemes and FCA regulated pensions providers on GDPR and data law specifically.  Lorna works in close collaboration with Crowe on cyber security and data governance matters.  She’s well versed in the legal data and cyber requirements of TPR’s General Code, and in reporting cyber security data breaches.  Lorna advises pension schemes with back up from Eversheds Sutherland’s Pensions, Corporate Crime, Disputes and Investigations, Contract and wider teams.  Her firm offers a full service to pension schemes and providers.  She’s developed cyber wargames and other GDPR training sessions for pension schemes.  She regularly speaks publicly on data law and she writes for external publications.
