Karen is a senior business leader with more than 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry. She has a record of engaging clients and colleagues and making sure service, finance, culture and strategy objectives are not only delivered but exceeded. Karen leads the North-West Portfolio’s operations and client relationships across Aptia’s Manchester and Liverpool offices. She is accountable for all areas of Aptia’s services and is responsible for driving business objectives through the local teams.
David has almost 40 years’ experience of working with trustees, companies and members across all types of UK pension schemes. This experience includes acting as the secretary to the trustees, helping companies formulate and implement pensions strategy, communicating directly with members (including face-to-face presentations), and leading teams that deliver to all relevant stakeholders.
