XPS Administration actively encourages and supports the professional development of all our employees, including those working towards professional qualifications, including the Award in Pensions Essentials (APE). The LGA represents local government at a national level. Its LGPS pensions team works to promote best practice, provide support, and drive improvements for LGPS administering authorities and employers. The LGPS pensions team provides the Certificate in LGPS Administration, a qualification for those involved with pensions administration in the LGPS, as well as a range of other training courses for pensions administrators, employers and committee and board members.
