PMI announces results of 2010 Career Development Survey |
The average salary of a PMI Member is £14,000 higher than the average salary of a non member according to results of our 2010 Career Development Survey. 642 respondents completed the survey, 560 of which were PMI members (87% of the total) and 82 (13%) were non members. The national average salaries were £50,914 for a PMI member against £37,030 for a non member. Respondents commented favourably about PMI qualifications, along with relevant experience, playing a significant part in their career development.
In its email release of 1 September, the PMI put a web link through to the 2010 Career Development Survey. Please note that this Survey will be released in full in mid November in both a pdf and printed format. There will be regular press releases pulling industry information from the survey between now and then. For further information, please contact Kate Boyle on 07930 442883.
