To set and promote standards of excellence and lifelong learning for employee benefits and retirement savings professionals and trustees through qualifications, membership and ongoing support services.

    We will protect and enhance the reputation of the PMI as the most credible, respected and professional institute for employee benefits and retirement savings professionals and trustees
  3. STANDARDS - continually raise the standards and level of education to employee benefits and retirement savings professionals and trustees to support lifelong learning
    We will continue to set the benchmark for best practice to which employee benefits and retirement savings professionals and trustees aspire
  4. SUSTAINABILITY - develop meaningful business relationships and achieve financial stability. We will manage our business, meet our regulatory requirements and create commercial opportunities to ensure financial viability and sustainability
