TrustSec is a comprehensive online resource which has been produced to help the Secretary to the Trustee Board develop their pensions knowledge and understanding so that they can better deal with the considerable technical, regulatory and advisory challenges of their role.

The resource covers all the essential knowledge that the Secretary needs to know so will act as an excellent guide for someone new to the role as well as a reference tool, 24/7, for those with more experience. It also covers the soft skills required to perform the role from dealing with conflict and reading situations to communication strategies.

We are very pleased to have joined forces with international law firm Mayer Brown's leading pension practice to offer this enhanced support service for the Secretary to the Trustee. Mayer Brown has developed the technical content.
