Previous syllabuses

Between 2013  - 2015, students were awarded the Diploma in Retirement Provision (DRP) on completion of the following modules:

  • Module 101 Retirement Provision Certificate
  • Module 201 Providing for Retirement
  • Module 203 Defined Benefit Schemes
  • Module 204 Defined Contribution (Trust and Contract) Arrangements

and either

  • Module 302  Management, Risk and Governance
  • Module 304  Explaining Pension and Benefit Matters

Between 2006 - 2012, students were awarded the Retirement Provision Diploma (RPD) on completion of the following modules:

  • Module 101 Retirement Provision Certificate
  • Module 201 Providing for Retirement
  • Module 202 Legal Issues Relating to UK Pension Arrangements
  • Module 203 Defined Benefit Schemes
  • Module 204 Defined Contribution (Trust and Contract) Arrangements
  • Module 205 Investment

Between 2002-2005, the RPD was awarded to students who completed the following modules  (details of the module/syllabus changes can be found here)

  • A - Introduction to Retirement Provision or RPC
  • B - Taxation
  • C - Pension Arrangements
  • D - Law & Constitution
  • E - Design & Administration
